Check Item
vertical distances are 2200 mm
(tolerance: ± 3 mm).
If a support is used, the vertical
distance must also be 2000 mm or
2200 mm between the cabinet top and
the upper surface of the ESD floor.
The optimal deviation of vertical
distances is 0 mm between the upper
surface of the ESD floor and the upper
surface of the support. A maximum of
3 mm is acceptable.
After leveling cabinets, measure the
height from the ESD floor.
