10.12.4 Connecting a Monitoring Cable to a CCU Collector

Procedure
Step 1 Connect cables to the CCU collector, as illustrated in
Issue 02 (2015-06-30)
Type_1 to Type_4 indicate types of data sent through the AI/DI ports, corresponding to different
types of sensors.
Sensors including 4 mA to 20 mA sensors, door status sensors, water sensors, and smoke sensors
provide data for the ports.
Each AI/DI port provides a maximum of 14.6 V, 54 mA output power, and the power supply to each
port can be independently controlled.

Port Description
Cascading ports, connecting to the RS485
communication card and AI/DI module
respectively.
Pin definitions of the ports are the same as
those of the COM4 port on the
communication card.
Provide 12 V DC outputs for sensors and
are compatible with 4 mA to 20 mA current
signals, signals from current-based smoke
sensors and water sensors, dry contact
signals, and NTC signals.
