9.1.10 Installing an Infrared Sensor

Step 1 Secure the infrared sensor base to the control skylight by using M3x10 bolts, as shown in
Figure

For details about how to install an ambient temperature and humidity sensor and connect its cables, see
shipped documents.
The object to carry the infrared sensor has been installed.
An infrared sensor and tools for installing it have been prepared.
This topic describes how to install an infrared sensor on the skylight ceiling. To install
the infrared sensor on different objects, perform the same steps.
The screws used for mounting the infrared sensor are available in the fitting bag of its
carrier. For example, if the infrared sensor is to be mounted on the control skylight,
obtain the screws from the fitting bag of the control skylight.
Install one infrared sensor on each control skylight. If the number of infrared sensors is
greater than that of control skylights, restore the surplus infrared sensors as spare parts.
Prior to installing the infrared sensor, properly install related cables to avoid removing it
from time to time.
