If the PDF file is linked with a policy server, the policy server cannot be accessed.

● Check whether the machine, policy server, and network are operating normally.
PDL PDF Memory Full
There is insufficient memory to process the PDF data.
● Cancel printing ( Canceling Printing(P. 467) ), optimize the PDF by adjusting settings such as the image
resolution using Adobe Acrobat (to reduce the size of the data to print at one time), and perform printing
again.
● Cancel printing ( Canceling Printing(P. 467) ), divide the pages of the PDF data in Adobe Acrobat into
multiple files, and try printing again.
● Cancel printing ( Canceling Printing(P. 467) ), open the PDF file in an application, and try printing again
using the printer driver.
