In the M/E-1 DME WIPE menu or P/P DSK DME WIPE menu, select
item 3 (BORDER).
The BORDER menu appears.

Press one of F1 through F4, and adjust the parameter settings as
necessary.
F1 (OFF): unmodified edge.
F2 (BORDER): apply a border. A dedicated color matte is used as the
edge fill signal.
