DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area
DTC Detecting Condition
No transponder FIX CODE (FC) is registered in Immo-
bilizer Control Module.
Troubleshooting
Step
1 Check DATA LIST "NUMBER OF FC".
Is it 0?
2 Is DTC B3057 also output?
3 Register ignition key(s) with built-in transponder
according to "How to register ignition key".
Check SUZUKI scan tool DATA LIST "NUM-
BER OF FC".
Is it 1 or more?
DTC B3057 No Password Registered
DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area
DTC Detecting Condition
Password (PWD) is not registered in Immobilizer Con-
trol Module.
Troubleshooting
Step
1 1) Register PWD by using SUZUKI scan tool.
Refer to "Procedure after ECM replace-
ment" in this section.
2) Confirm that PWD is registered correctly,
referring to SUZUKI scan tool DATA LIST.
Is PASSWORD REGISTERED message out-
put?

Proceed to DTC FLOW
TABLE of DTC B3057.
Then go to Step 3.

Immobilizer Control Mod-
ule according to "Proce-
dure after Immobilizer

ment" in this section and

Register ignition key
again.

Register PWD again and
recheck.
