Probable Cause
The post-column cooler insert is
not installed correctly.
The post-column cooler insert is
blocked or defective.
The opening for the post-column
cooler insert is defective.
Remedial Action
Verify that the post-column
cooler is installed correctly.
The label must face away
from the instrument
(→ page 52).
Install a new post-column
cooler insert.
