Foreign matter is caught
in the fan causing
decreased speed.
(2) Cooling fan life expiration. Check the cumulative

Servo-on command is input when the main circuit power is off.
Bus voltage drops when servo motor is running below 50r/min.
Cause
(1) Main circuit power is off.
