(3) Removing the 1st Roller (Lower)

Remove the cover R unit from the DC-545.

Remove the cover L unit from the DC-545.

Take out the 2 screws, and remove the motor plate.

Remove the belt.

Loosen the set screws, and remove the pulley unit.

Take out the 4 screws, and remove the auxiliary
plate.

Take out the 4 screws, and remove the lid.

Take out the screw, and remove the clamper.
(2 positions)

Remove the bearings. (2 positions)

Remove the 1st roller.

(4) Removing the 2nd and 3rd Rollers (Lower)

Remove the cover R unit from the DC-545.

Remove the cover L unit from the DC-545.

Take out the screw, and remove the pillar.
r
Remove the main belt (front).

Loosen the set screws, and remove the pulley unit.

Take out the 4 screws, and remove the auxiliary plate.

Take out the 4 screws, and remove the lid.

Take out the screw, and remove the clamper.
(2 positions)

Remove the bearings. (4 positions)
