Set the expected O span gas concentration.

This should be equal to the percent concentration of the O
reporting range (default factory setting = 20.8%; the approximate O
air).

The O span concentration value automatically defaults to

If this is not the the concentration of the span gas being
used, toggle these buttons to set the correct concentration
of the O calibration gases.
