AT Command List

AT commands available on FOMA terminal
d The following abbreviations are used in the AT command list;
[&F] : Command of which setting is initialized by AT&F command.
[&W] : Command of which setting is saved by AT&W command. The setting can be retrieved by ATZ
command.
d When you make a call via an external device or using AT command, the call is made from Number A in
A mode/Dual mode, and from Number B in B mode.
Modem port command list
The followings are the usable commands for "FOMA SO706i (モデム)" (modem):
AT command
A/
Executes the last executed
command again. No carriage
return is necessary.

Displays the version of the
FOMA terminal.
AT&C
Selects the operating

condition of the circuit CD
signal to DTE.
[&F] [&W]
AT&D
Selects the operation to

take place when the circuit
ER signal received from DTE
transits between ON and
OFF.

AT&E
Selects how to display the

connection speed.

AT&F
Restores all of registers to

their defaults. If this
command is input during
communication, the line will
be disconnected.
AT&S
Sets the Data Set Ready

signal to be output to DTE.

Outline
The modem function of a FOMA terminal is
controllable by adding the command of this
table after this command.
* OK is answered even when only AT is entered.
= 0 : CD is always ON.

= 1 : CD changes according to the carrier of

= 0 : Ignores ER status (always assumed

= 1 : When ER changes from ON to OFF, it
n
= 2 : If ER changes from ON to OFF, a
n
= 0 : Displays the wireless network

= 1 : Displays the DTE serial transmission

= 0 : DR is always ON (initial value).
