Paper is not detected in Tray 1
Procedure
Remove Tray 1. Enter dC330 [007-120] and press Start. Actuate the Tray 1 No Paper Sensor
(PL 2.4). The display changes state.
Y N
Press Stop. Check the circuit of the Tray 1 No Paper Sensor
99-2 RAP for troubleshooting procedure.
• Go to the 7-281 RAP and check the circuit of the Tray 1 Level Sensor.
• Ensure that the connectors shown in the circuit diagram
nected and that the wires are not damaged.
• Replace the Tray 1 No Paper Sensor
• If the problem persists, replace the MCU PWB
