    User Guide (Print) Overview This chapter describes how to install print drivers for basic and special printing. It also explains the use of Internet Services, printing features and all the necessary steps for printing. Print Drivers The print drivers for this machine are multi-environment drivers designed to enable printing from the workstation to a DocuColor 2240/1632 on the network.

    S E R U I D E R I N T Printer Environments This machine can be set up in many different environments. • When connected to a computer directly, it can be used as a local printer. • When connected to a network, it can be used as a network printer.

    S E R U I D E R I N T As a Network Printer Windows Network (SMB) Server Message Block (SMB) is a protocol for sharing files or a printer on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
