configure vlanfwd management ip_interface address

This command configures the IP address and subnet mask to create a VLAN management
interface named VlanMgt.
This VMI interface creates a loopback interface that is used to manage the Router in VLAN
management mode. The IP address should be in the same subnet as the VLAN management
domain. Use the default_route command with this VMI interface to specify the outbound
interface for off-network traffic.
