1. When the head is replaced with new one, wet the inside of each
Cleaning liquid
nozzle with the MS cleaning liquid (approx. 10cc) before
assembling.
2. Connect the head FFC with the head unit.
3. Insert the AD shaft into the mounting hole of carriage base.
4. Mount the head unit on the carrige.
5. Connect the ink tube with the head.

6. Mount the head relay PCB on the carrige.
7. Connect the head cable with the head relay PCB.

8. Remove the AD shaft from the carriage base.

Remark
At supplying the liquid, supply the liquid slowly not
to apply force, using a syringe and 10 μm filter.
The screws are acceptable to be temporary-fixed
since the head position is adjusted following the
assembling of head unit.
Check the left figure, and connect them correctly.
Check the contents of "Head cable connection" of
the next page, and connect the head cable surely.
