How to Remove the PCI External LED

Flex Circuit

Complete these tasks:

"How to Power Off the System" on page 5

"How to Open and Remove a Side Door" on page 21

"How to Avoid Electrostatic Discharge" on page 26

1. Disconnect the PCI external status cable (P24) from the back of the PCI external

LED flex circuit.

2. Remove the six Phillips screws securing the flex circuit to the rear panel.

3. Remove the flex circuit from the rear panel.
