3. Verify the phone numbers of the registered and online terminals match the dialed
extension number.

To verify that an endpoint is registered to the Gatekeeper with the number defined as
the IVR operator
1. Run the OnLAN Configure 323 configuration software.
2. Open the Miscellaneous Parameters screen. Check the number defined as the IVR
operator.
3. Open the Zone Definition Table in the Gatekeeper Setup. Verify that the number in
one of the online endpoints phone number fields corresponds to the number defined as
the IVR operator in the Miscellaneous Parameters screen. If none of the online
endpoints registered with the IVR operator number, you have to register one with it.
This procedure depends on the type of endpoint.

Changing the Password

You can change the Gateway configuration password from the Change Password screen if
you know your current password. For more information, see "Modifying the Password" in
Chapter 5, "Basic Configuration."
You can only change the Gateway configuration password from the Change Password
screen if you know the current password. Otherwise, contact RADVision Technical Support
at support@radvision.rad.co.il or support@radvision.com.
