Selecting the Gateway Unit

The OnLAN Configure 323 configuration software identifies all RADVision units
connected to the network segment.
Note: When you configure the Gateway with the procedures below, the Gateway and the
configuration PC must both be connected to the LAN.

To select the L2W-323 Gateway for configuration
1. From the configuration PC, run the OnLAN Configure 323 configuration software.
2. The Select Unit screen appears with a list of all the RADVision units on the network
segment.

3. If the IP you assigned to the Gateway in "Assigning an IP Address to a New Gateway"
Chapter 4, "Preparing for Configuration" does not appear in the Select Unit screen
check that:
!" There is no router between the configuration PC and the Gateway, and
!" The configuration PC's IP address is included in the network to which the PC is
connected.
