Port – The port number of this neighbor Gatekeeper.
Prefix – The prefix required to reach the neighbor Gatekeeper, if one is defined.
Distance – The logical distance between the current Gatekeeper and the neighbor
Gatekeeper. For details on defining the Distance parameters see "Distance Settings," page
6-32. Valid values are between 0 and 255.
The buttons in the Neighbor Gatekeepers Table screen allow you to add a new neighbor
definition, edit or delete an existing neighbor definition, and save, load and apply definition
files.

To add a new neighbor Gatekeeper to the Neighbor Gatekeepers Table
1. From the Neighbor Gatekeepers Table screen, click Add. The Neighbor GK
Parameters screen is displayed:

2. In the Neighbor IP field enter the IP address of the neighbor Gatekeeper.
3. In the Neighbor Port field specify the RAS port of the neighbor Gatekeeper. The
default port for the internal Gatekeepers is 1719.
4. In the Neighbor Prefix field enter the zone prefix if one is defined for this neighbor
Gatekeeper. For details on defining zone prefixes see "Defining Gatekeeper Built-in
Services," page 6-2.
