Back-feed operation is performed when printing ends if the amount of blank space is set in the
decreasing direction.
Be careful of the following in such cases.
• If, when using small-width roll media, media is set in the roll holder without using the feeding device
on the back of the printer, the media tension of the next printing will change due to back-feed, possibly
causing the feed rate of the media of only the leading edge of the printed image to change. In such
cases, manually rewind the media.
• This function is disabled if back-feed after drying feed is set to OFF in the machine settings "DRYING
FEED". (
• If the printed data already has a blank space, using this function will result in "Blank space of the data
+ Amount of blank space set by using this function" being output as a blank space.
