Adjust the temperature of the heater

Turn the volume knob to adjust the heater temperature.
We recommend using the heater with 400 mm of distance and at 40%
volume (for cotton).
Depending on the media or the pre-treatment agent, it may change
color due to high temperature. If discoloration occurs, either lower the
heater output, or increase the distance between the heater and the
Tx500-1800B.
If printing data with a high coverage rate, the ink may not dry, penetrating to the back. If penetration to the back
occurs, reset the drying time (
• In case you check color penetration to the back
Please check whether color penetration to the back occurs or not
(the drying characteristics) by checking whether ink is attached on
paper by inserting paper (such as copy paper) in the arrow in the
right picture during print.
In case ink is attached to the paper, color penetration to the back
may occur. In this case, reconfirm the heater conditions in use. Or,
set the drying time.
