Lower the pressure roller by turning the
[PRESSURE ROLLER] lever to the "DOWN"
side.
• Rotate the adjusting dial to adjust the pressure of the
pressure roller (refer to the table below).
• Check the air pressure gauge located over the control and
adjust the pressure depending on the media to be used.
• Depending on the kind of the media to be used, pre-
treatment and adhesive status, pressure adjustment is
required in some cases. For reference, for stretch
material, make the pressure lighter, and for non-stretch
material, make the pressure stronger.
• After printing starts, also check the peeling status of the fabric on
the take-up side of this machine to fine adjust the pressure.

• The pressure roller is a heavy roller.
• Before you move the pressure roller down, check that no one is near it.
• It is very dangerous if your hand etc. is wedged by the pressure roller as there is the danger
of injury.

If needed, adjust the [CLUTCH TUNING] dial.
• Adjusting the rotating friction of the feeding media by
turning the adjusting dial. (Refer to the table below).
• Increase the friction if there is the slack on the feeding
media.
• Decrease the friction if there is a longitudinal wrinkle on
the feeding media.
