Be sure to check before recoating adhesive
The power of adhesive on the feeding belt differs depending on the type/the used time of adhesive, media type/
thickness, temperature or humidity, etc.
Depending on the type of anti-wrinkling agent, or other conditions, the set value of the pressure roller of the
media feeding part is required to be adjusted.
• The feeding belt is made of polyurethane. Adhesive using solvent expanding polyurethane cannot be
used. Ask the adhesive manufacturer whether adhesive you have can be used.
Notes when recoating adhesive
• The worker handling adhesive shall wear the attached antistatic wrist strap to perform the work.
• When recoating adhesive, keep fire away and be sure to turn OFF the belt heater and the main
heater. Also, be sure to provide adequate ventilation. In addition, be sure to start the work after one
hour and more have passed since the heater was turned OFF.
• Be sure to provide adequate ventilation when recoating adhesive.
• If the anti-wrinkling agent or remover is accidentally dripped on the outside of the belt right and the
left, wipe off the agent or remover being dripped before the work.

Good point
(1) Has long life.
(2) Can be dehydrated and cured in a

(1) As organic solvent is used, preventing
