 Removing USB memory
If a USB memory module is inserted in the personal computer to which a Tx500 machine is connected, click
"Stop" in the "Safely Remove Hardware" window by following the instructions given there first and then remove
the module.
Leaving a USB memory module inserted can cause [ERROR 201 COMMAND ERROR].
Copy the data onto the hard disk before outputting it for printing.

Connecting Power Supply Cable

Connect the power cable to the distribution board with the following specifications.

• 100V system outlet cannot be used.
• You cannot perform the installation of this machine. Request an electrician for doing the installation
work.
• The following electrical work is required for power supply to the main body. Request an electrician for
the work.
Socket work to the breaker
C type grounding work (Special 3rd type grounding work)
• Make sure that the power breaker is placed close to the machine so that the power can be shut down
easily when necessary.
• Doing the electrical work of this machine by other than a person who has the license of the electrical
work is prohibited to prevent the electric shock.
• Be careful not to perform faulty wiring. It may cause fire or electric shock.
• Make sure to connect the power cable to the distribution board that is grounded. Otherwise, it may
cause electric shock or damage of this machine.
• Make sure that the power breaker supports the incoming currents of 50A/0.01 second and faster
before connecting.
