Adjust the angle of the optional heater MTA-190
When using the optional heater MTA-190, adjust the angle of the heater depending on the media angle to
dehydrate the media normally after printing.
• When using the optional heater MTA-190, make it parallel against the media surface from the free
roller to the take-up device.
• The angle of the media surface differs depending on the take-up method (inward/outward) or the
taken-up amount of the media.
• If the heater is too close to the media, it will not only damage the media but may also cause burns. Put
about 400 mm of distance between the heater and the media.
