Cause
An error occurred in the main PCB
3.3VB power supply.
An error occurred in the main PCB
VCORE power supply.
An error occurred in the main PCB 1.5V
power supply.
An error occurred in the main PCB 12V
power supply.
COM driver becomes the high tem-
perature.
New Print Head was recognized.
The main PCB Q6 is disabled (short
mode).
An error is detected on the waveform
printed on.
Abnormality of the flushing control.
Abnormality of the head voltage con-
trol.
Abnormality of the HDC substrate volt-
age.
The machine received some data other
than command data.
Any parameter outside the range of
acceptable numeric values was
received.
A maintenance command error
occurred.
USB device initialization failure.
Solution
• Turn off the power to the machine and turn it on
after a while.
If the same error message appears again, con-
tact your local distributor to call for service.
• Securely connect the interface cable in posi-
tion.
• Use an interface cable conforming to the speci-
fications.
• Turn off the main power to the machine and
turn it on after a while.
