Cleaning of peeling sensor

To prevent the peeling sensor from the operation mistake due to blot, clean the peeling sensor periodically
(about once a week).
• The peeling sensor may be dirty because of ink mist generated at printing and steam generated when
the fabric is evaporated.
In addition, perform cleaning in the following status.
• The alarm beeps without the fabric being peeled.
• The alarm beeps even when the fabric is not taken up on the belt.

Wipe the reflector with a cleaning cloth (like
BEMCOT or the like) immersed in the washing
liquid.

Wipe the reflector wiped in the Step 1 with a dry
cleaning cloth (like BEMCOT or the like).

Wipe the two lens of the peeling sensor with a
cotton swab immersed in the washing liquid.

Wipe the lens wiped in the Step 3 with a dry
cotton swab.
