Peel weakened adhesive

To peel adhesive, the items below are required:
• To peel adhesive coated on before shipment, use the remover attached to this machine. As adhesive
is special one, you cannot peel it with kerosene nor diesel oil.
Notes when removing adhesive
• The worker handling remover shall wear the attached antistatic wrist strap to perform the work.
• Remover, heating oil, gas oil and ethanol are volatile hazardous objects. If you cannot use it all, put a
lid on it and store in a cold dark place for storing hazardous objects.
• When removing adhesive, keep fire away and be sure to turn OFF the belt heater and the main
heater. In addition, be sure to start the work after one hour and more have passed since the heater
was turned OFF.
• Be sure to provide adequate ventilation when removing adhesive.

Set the doctor on the doctor support as the
figure.

Adjust the hexagonal nuts under the doctor so that doctor comes to the lowest
position, evenly touching the belt.
• Be careful not to gap between the doctor and the belt. If there is a gap, remover may leak

Fix the round shape nut of the adjustment screw part with your hand to fix the
doctor.

Waste cloth
About one liter of kerosene or diesel oil
About one liter of ethanol
Cloth of about 2m x 2m
Resin board of A4 size (thickness of about 1.0 to 3.0mm without sharp edges).
Required not be swollen by ethanol or remover (Ex. material: PVC, PP).
