Pour adhesive on the belt evenly in the width direction.
• As adhesive is dehydrated and recoated little by little while the belt is moving round once, coat all over
the belt by refilling adhesive on less part of it.
• If you pour large amount of adhesive at a time, it may
overflow from right and left, or, it may drip off on the
floor.
• If overflow adhesive drops on the belt heater just
below it, there is danger of fire.
(1)Do not pour adhesive in a breath.

supply and contact a distributor in your district or our office to call for service.
• If adhesive dropped onto the floor, resin floor cover or coating may be melted.
• If adhesive dropped from the belt, wipe off completely with a waste cloth etc., and leave this
machine for 12 hours and more before using next time. Discard a waste cloth with adhesive
perfused after dehydrating it.

When all adhesive is poured on the belt, spray
water on entire doctor width with the atomizer
while adhesive is pooled in the doctor.
• By spraying water, you can decrease lines that will occur
on adhesive when there becomes no adhesive on the
doctor.

Remove the doctor when there is no adhesive on the doctor and wipe off adhesive
sticking to the doctor with waste cloth immersed in kerosene (diesel oil).
• Check that there is no adhesive on the doctor before removing it. If you remove the doctor
with adhesive left, adhesive on the doctor drip off on the belt and it may cause concavity
and convexity.

Change the belt speed.
• Adjust to 20% by pressing the [-][+] key of "BELT".
• To dehydrate adhesive, leave as it is for two or three
hours. (Keep the belt heater and the main heater "OFF"
during leaving.)
