Paste adhesive tape (with smooth-surface) on the belt front surface.
• Paste adhesive tape on the position as indicated in the figure (from both edges for right and left of the belt).
• Use elasticized adhesive tape such as vinyl tape.
• Check the chemistry of adhesive tape with adhesive before using. (Check that tape does not melt by
adhesive.)
• Paste adhesive tape as indicated in the right figure not to be
peeled off by the doctor even after the belt goes round.

Set the doctor on the belt referring to the Step 2 and 3 in "Peel weakened adhesive".

Fix the plastic comas (x 2) attached to this machine on
the doctor with adhesive tape.
• On the adhesive tape pasted on the belt, paste one plastic coma each for right and left on the side with
adhesive coated of the doctor.
The cog of the
