Each transceiver power pin requires one ferrite bead. Like the Virtex-II Pro MGT flip chip
devices, all Virtex-II Pro X MGTs contain power-filtering capacitors in the package to
reduce component count on the PCB, as well as improve the effectiveness of these
capacitors. The value of this internal capacitor is 0.22 µF. The ferrite bead is the Murata
