Mid Frequency Boosting

RXFER[1:0] adjust a boost in the 200 MHz to 1 GHz range.
Figure 4-16
is a plot of the magnitude frequency response for RXFER[1:0], while the other
8 bits are all 1s. RXFER[9:0] = 1111111XX
In this case, however, the frequency steps follow LSB to MSB, i.e., RXFER[1] is higher
weight than RXFER[0]. Hence, the boost of the transfer function is set at low to high
frequencies by the bits RXFER[1:0] = 00, 01, 10 and 11, respectively.
