·The integral upper limit is set so that the output frequency will not be excessively high
when the deviation is large.

PID control.
·Normally, the default setting does not need to be changed.
·If load is a mechanical one with high viscous friction or low rigidity, the load may reso-
nate. If that happens, set a value larger than the resonant frequency of the load so that
the load will not resonate, even though the response will be slower.
