Flow Data Response

This section describes the format and composition of response of flow data.

Format

Binary data is output in the format below after outputting the flow data obtaining
command.
Header section (4-byte)
For details, refer to "Composition of Flow Data."
Response data of the flow data is composed by binary data for the purpose of giving top
priority to speed.
Therefore, response data may not be received by generic communication tools, such as
hyper terminal.
