This query command returns the setting of Frequency Error test
with integer. The meaning of the return value is same as that of
the command parameter.
EVM
CONFigure:SEQuence:EVM <int>
CONFigure:SEQuence:EVM?
This command sets whether to include the EVM test in the test
sequence. <int> is the sum of the values of all the 6 bits as
follows.
bit 0 (1): For testing RFCH1
bit 1 (2): For testing RFCH2
bit 2 (4): For testing RFCH3
bit 3 (8): For testing RFCH4
bit 4 (16): For testing RFCH5
bit 5 (32): For testing RFCH6
