This query command returns the setting of Inner Loop Power
test with integer. The meaning of the return value is same as
that of the command parameter.
MAX TX Power
CONFigure:SEQuence:TPOWer <int>
CONFigure:SEQuence:TPOWer?
This command sets whether or not to include MAX TX Power
test in the test sequence. <int> is a sum of the values of all the
6 bits as follows.
bit 0 (1): For testing RFCH1
bit 1 (2): For testing RFCH2
bit 2 (4): For testing RFCH3
bit 3 (8): For testing RFCH4
bit 4 (16): For testing RFCH5
bit 5 (32): For testing RFCH6
