The operation of CJP(510) and CJPN(511) differs only in the execution condi-
tion. CJP(510) jumps to the first JME(005) when the execution condition is ON
and CJPN(511) jumps to the first JME(005) when the execution condition is
OFF.
Because the jumped instructions aren't executed, the cycle time is reduced by
the total execution time of the jumped instructions.
