The following table shows the function of the operands.
Note The value of operand N must be different from the content of A529
(the system-generated FAL/FALS number).

Specifies the first of eight words containing an ASCII message to be
displayed on the Programming Device.
Specify a constant (0000 to FFFF) if a message isn't required.
