THEORY
When the oil pressure is below the specifications, the oil
pressure switch senses it and the oil pressure warning light
comes on. It should be OFF while the engine is running.

1. Disconnect the oil pressure switch wire and turn the igni-
tion switch ON. Check for battery voltage between the
wire and ground.

Oil pressure warning light does not come on with the igni-
tion switch turned ON.

The oil level switch float in the oil tank moves up and down
depending on the volumeof oil i n the
