DRWCOLOR2 - Secondary colour register
This register defines the 32-bit ARGB value for the secondary colour, i.e. constant
colour 2.
Secondary colour is relevant only when rendering patterns, textures or using a
BC2 blendmode (see DRWCONTROL2).
This register can be written in 32-bit units.
