Registering Users

When user registration is completed for individual users or departments in a
company, each user (or department) can use the machine with his/her own
settings or mailbox.
Unauthorized use can be avoided by registering a password for each user or
department.
User Registration items:
User Name:

User's (department or individual user) name is registered. Up to 12
characters may be registered.
Access Number:

Register this to restrict the users.
User Number:

Register a number for each user.
User TSI:

Each user can have their own TSI for identification. Each TSI can be up
to 20 characters.
F Code:

The F Code is registered to select the mailbox that can be used per user.
Up to 20 digits may be registered. For details, refer to Section 2.17 F
CODE in Chapter 6 Advanced Sending and Receiving Operations on
page 6-29.
F Code Password:

Registers a password to a mailbox. Can contain up to 20 characters
(including numbers 0~9, and
Remote Input Check:

Sets whether a password is used or not for restricting reception of
documents into mailboxes from other facsimiles.
The factory default is No remote check on input.
