Confirming the Usage Status of Each User

A per-user status can be displayed concerning the number of pages printed
and transmitted. User's accounts can only be displayed when the users have
been registered.
Confirming User Status
1.
Touch [User Account] on the
Administrator Management
screen.
Refer to Section 2.2 Accessing
the Administrator Management
Screen in Chapter 3
Registration and Setting
Operations on page 3-12.

Select the user.

To select:
Touch the key for the user or touch
[User Number] and enter the desired
user number.

When [All Clear] is touched, all
accumulated user data is
cleared.

Confirm the accumulated data
and touch [Enter].
4.
Touch [Enter] repeatedly until
the display returns to the
stand-by screen.
