Setting for the Transmission Report:
1. Select [Output], then
touch [TX Report].
2. Select the printing style
for the transmission
report, then touch
[Enter].

To select:
[Output ON]:
Touch this to automatically
print a transm ission report
after each transmission.
[If TX Fail]:
Touch this to automatically
print a transm ission report only
if a document fails to be sent.
[Output OFF]:
Touch this to deactivate the
automatic
transm ission report.
Setting for Printing the Document Image on the Report
1. Select [Output], then
touch [Report Screen].
2. Select [ON] or [OFF] to
print the image on the
report, then touch
[Enter].
