Load the document in the
Automatic Document Feeder.

Lift the handset.

Verify that a dial tone is heard in
the handset.

Select the number.
Refer to Section 2.6 Using
One-Touch Dialing in Chapter 5
Basic Sending and Receiving
Operations on page 5-7, or

Dialing in Chapter 5 Basic
Sending and Receiving
Operations on page 5-9.
5.
After talking, the recipient must
press the facsimile start button
on their machine.
A facsimile tone is then heard in
the handset indicating that the
recipient's machine is ready to
receive.
6.
Press <Start> on the NEC
IT3510/IT2510. Transmission
will now begin.
7.
Hang up the handset.

To continue talking:
If the handsets at both the receiving and
sending locations are left off the hook,
the two parties may continue the
conversation after transmission.
