Relay Transmission Program:

A program can be registered to transmit a document to another
facsimile before transmitting it to other facsimiles.
Confirmation of the Registered Details:
A Program key list can be printed to confirm the registered data. Refer to
Section 1.9 Printing the Program List in Chapter 7 Reports and Lists on page
7-15.
Before Starting Operations:
Up to 30 program keys can be registered. However, there cannot be more than 300
facsimile and one-touch keys in total.
The name of the program key can be up to 12 characters.
Destinations must be pre-registered as one-touch or abbreviated numbers before they
can be registered in a program key. Refer to Section 2.16 Registering One-Touch
Keys on page 3-50, and Section 2.17 Registering Abbreviated Numbers on page 3-58.
Registering the Transmission Program
1.
Press <Utility>.
2.
Select [Reg.], then touch [FAX
Program].
3.
Select the One-Touch key to be
registered.

The initial screen for the Index is
automatically displayed. Touch
[ ] [ ], [Index List], or the tab
for the index to search for the
desired One-Touch key.
