Setting the Reduction Ratio:
1. Select [LongDoc], then
touch [Reduction].
2. Touch [
enter the reduction ratio,
then touch [Enter].

This setting is only
effective when
[Reduction] is selected
in item 11 above.

Important:
If 'Reduction' is selected, the
incoming document is reduced
in size when printed in
accordance with the length of
the print paper. The maxim um
reduction ratio should be set.
If the incoming document is
still longer than the maximum
reduction ratio can
accomplish, then the
document will be divided on
two sheets instead of being
reduced.

Reduction ratio:
The reduction ratio can be set
between 60% to 100%.
The settings include: 60/65/80/
85/90/95/100%.
