Setting functions for printing a
report:
1. Touch [TX Report].
2. Select the method of
printing the activity
report, then touch
[Enter].

To select:
[Output ON] - Touch this to
automatically
transm ission report for every
transm ission.
[If TX Fail] - Touch this to
automatically
transm ission report only when
the transmission could not be
sent.
[Output OFF] - Touch this to
turn off the autom atic activity
report printing.
3.
Setting the document image
on the report:
1. Touch [Report Screen].
2. Select [ON] or [OFF] for
the Document Image on
the report, then touch
[Enter].
