Using Abbreviated Dialing

Transmission is possible by selecting a destination using Abbreviated Dialing.
It is convenient to find a destination's number if the abbreviated numbers are
categorized. For example, numbers 100 to 199 can be clients, numbers 200
to 299 for branch offices, and numbers 300 to 399 sales offices, etc.
Before Starting Operations:
The destination's facsimile number must be registered in advance as One-Touch or
Abbreviated numbers.
