Finishing
a) Cut the web of mount adhesive at the upper
unwind shaft with an enclosed blade.
Do not use an open blade to cut
the web near the rollers.
You can put cuts into the rollers!
b) Pull the precoated board and trailer board out
from the laminator.
INFORMATION
This will prevent any exposed adhesive from
contacting the rollers.
c) Raise the main rollers to a 1 in. gap by pressing
GAP
.

d) Remove the roll of material from the upper
unwind shaft.
e) Press STOP.

f) Clean the rollers as described in the maintenance
section. ( Section 8.2 Cleaning the rollers )
g) Lower the front and rear safety shields and
press SHUTDOWN if finished with the
laminator.
