Safety The following are typical safety hazard decals used on GBC Pro-Tech machines, with a brief description (“Mean- ing” column) of each decal. Decal WARNING Moving parts can ACHTUNG crush and cut. MISE EN GARDE Do not operate with guard or door open.
F-36 PRO Laminator Operation Manual Before an F-36 PRO Laminator can be installed there are a few requirements that must be met. Make certain that each of the requirements listed in the following preinstallation checklist are met before beginning installation.
Bill of Lading. The F-36 PRO Laminator is shipped one of two ways. It is either encased in a wood crate on a skid or in a cardboard box on a skid.

Use only the minimum amount of roll pressure needed to accomplish the task.
Operation
The F-36 PRO Laminator is capable of processing a wide range of pressure sensitive and thermal laminates onto an equally wide range of image materials. The pri- mary considerations are: • Laminate adhesives are compatible with image materials.
This section contains a blank process control chart and diagram for the F-36 PRO Laminator as well as com- pleted charts for the basic operations of the laminator. GBC Pro-Tech laminators respond in a very accurate and repeatable manner.

• Check wire termination tightness One of the most crucial adjustments to the F-36 PRO Laminator is positioning the thermocouples and mak- ing sure they are clean. There are two thermocouples that control the temperature of the main rolls. If a ther- mocouples loses contact with its roll, the roll can over- heat and be seriously damaged or can even start a fire.
